Exchanges and Refunds

Unfortunately, due to sanitary issues, all sales are final. We will not offer refunds once the order has been placed. Please note that we will not take responsibility for incorrect sizing due to the customer's error in measuring their natural nails. Please make sure you have the accurate sizing before placing your order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
